Our business
approach focuses on getting to know our clients as individuals, and
gaining an intimate understanding of their companies and the industries
in which they participate. By understanding our clients' businesses
and concerns, we are poised to deliver effective and efficient accounting
services. We're easy to do business with.

conduct lender training programs for banks in New York and New Jersey,
and specialize in litigation support services. Both Bill Rosenberg,
who heads our Tax Department, and Jay Trien are tax lawyers.
Our affiliations and contacts provide clients with access to capital
markets and professional accounting services in New Jersey,
New York and throughout the world.
The first
and most important step in providing accounting and tax services is
planning and coordination. Trien Rosenberg's focused approach
concentrates on key areas of the planning process. Early identification
of accounting, auditing, tax or reporting concerns helps ensure effective
and efficient performance. Our planning process is a continual,
dynamic activity which involves two-way communication. Our primary goal
is to avoid surprises, particularly at year-end.
This important
planning stage helps facilitate familiarity with our clients' operations
and financial position; identifies clients' needs and concerns; and
enables Trien Rosenberg always to be prepared to consider the impact
of unusual or important proposed transactions or developments.
