Jay Trien is Senior Partner of Trien Rosenberg Weinberg Ciullo & Fazzari, LLP, a Certified Public Accounting and Business Consulting firm with offices in Chatham, New Jersey and New York City. Jay advises clients on profit improvement and opportunities for growth. He guides the firm's financial and accounting service groups to assist clients in producing quality information on a timely basis. He is also responsible for directing the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions, Litigation Consulting and Capital Finance departments.
He has lectured and written on various business topics, including tax planning and strategies for financing growth for high tech companies. Jay's articles on various accounting issues have been published in American Venture Magazine, Capital Growth's Guide to Entrepreneurial Venture Financing, NJBIZ and the Journal of the Family Firm Institute.
Jay’s participation in professional and civic organizations is far-reaching. Community service activities include: member of the Board of Governors, Newark Academy; member of the Channel 13 WNET Tri-State Advisory Board; member of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Shakespeare Festival; member of the Board of Jewish Federation of Metrowest; President of United Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey and he was a delegate to two White House Conferences on Small Business.
Jay is currently a member of the Board of Directors of The Harvard Business School Club of Greater New York, Inc., and The Rothman Institute of Entrepreneurial Studies at Fairleigh Dickinson. Jay is President of the Venture Association of New Jersey . He is also a member of The Morristown Club (N.J.), and The Harvard Club (N.Y.) and is listed in Marquis' Who's Who in Finance and Industry.
Jay's professional memberships include: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Bar Association, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants , the National Litigation Support Services Association and the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School. He attended the LLM (taxation) program at New York University School of Law and completed the Owner President Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

WILLIAM ROSENBERG, CPA, JD, LLMBill Rosenberg, a partner at Trien Rosenberg Weinberg Ciullo & Fazzari, LLP with offices in Chatham, New Jersey and New York City is Director of Tax Services for the firm.
Prior to Trien Rosenberg, Bill worked in the New York and National Office Tax Departments of Deloitte & Co., (formerly Touche Ross) for nine years.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from George Washington University, a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and an LLM degree (taxation) from New York University School of Law.
Bill's professional memberships include: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Bar Association.
Bill is a former Adjunct Professor of Taxation at Pace University, Graduate School of Business.
He’s been a member of the Tax Simplification Committee as well as member of the Corporations and Shareholders Taxation Committee and the International Tax Committee of the American Institute of Certificated Public Accountants Taxation Division. He has also been a member of both the Bankruptcy and Corporation Tax Committee of the New York State Bar Association. Lastly, he has served as a member of the Federal Tax Committee for the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and various committees for the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Lee Weinberg is a tax partner and administrative partner. He is also the Director of the firm’s Estate and Trust department. He has over 40 years of general tax practice experience. He specializes in estate planning, income tax planning and representation before governmental agencies in connection with tax audits. He advises professional service providers, high net worth individuals, closely held businesses on income and estate taxation issues.
Lee is a former member of both the Estate Planning Council of Bergen County and the Estate Planning Council of Essex County. He was chairman of the IGAF (Trien Rosenberg's international network) Tax Conference. He is a former member of the Federal Tax Committee of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Additionally, he has been a guest lecturer before the annual and semi-annual conferences of the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Estate Planning Council of Bergen County, and the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE). He lectures on the topic of taxation before banking, trade and civic organizations.
An active member of his synagogue, Lee is a Past President, Vice President and Treasurer and is a lifetime member of the Board of Trustees. In addition, he currently serves as a member of the Board of Governors of his synagogue’s foundation as well as its Treasurer.
Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Seton Hall University, and a Master of Business Administration degree in taxation from Pace University. He is a former adjunct professor of taxation at Seton Hall University.

ANGELO CIULLO, CPA, CFSA, RIA, CM&AAAngelo is a partner at Trien Rosenberg Weinberg Ciullo & Fazzari LLP and an Audit Managing Director of Todman & Co., CPAs, P.C. with 25 years of experience in the practice of public accounting, including auditing, implementation and analysis of cost accounting controls, income taxes and management advisement. He has particular expertise in the areas of initial public offerings, public company audits, compliance reporting for broker-dealers and hedge funds. He also has extensive exposure to Not-For-Profit organization and financial aid audits.
Angelo has served as a member of the Auditing and Accounting, Cooperation with Banks,and Small Business Consulting and Management committees of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and has also served on their Quality Control Review and Cooperation with Internal Revenue committees.
Angelo is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York Society of Certified Public Accounts, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Litigation Support Services Association.
In January 1999, Angelo became a NASD Registered Representative, and a Registered Investment Advisor in charge of Trien Rosenberg Financial Services, LLC.

Elaine M. Fazzari is a partner at Trien Rosenberg Weinberg Ciullo & Fazzari, LLP, with in excess of 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing and business consulting practice. In addition to her audit responsibilities, she is the Executive Director of all staff activities.
Elaine has extensive experience with auditing real estate entities in the development, syndication and operation phases as well as in the areas of manufacturing and service and distribution industries. Her experience also encompasses advising real estate and commercial companies on issues affecting initial public offerings and other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition she consults on the implementation and compliance with the related reporting requirements. She has experience in litigation support, has served as an expert witness and is a member of the National Litigation Support Services Association.
She has served on the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants Committee on Cooperation with Educational Institutions, the Committee to Confer with Bench and Bar and the Young CPA Committee. Elaine has lectured on the topic of Financial Statement Analysis for the Essex Chapter of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Elaine is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of New Jersey and New York, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Rutgers University.
