Todman & Co., CPAs, P.C. (Todman) is the Financial Services Division of Trien Rosenberg, a certified public accounting firm with offices in New York City and Chatham, New Jersey. Both firms are registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).

Trien Rosenberg and Todman are registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and participate in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) peer review program as a member of the AICPA Division for Firms, Center for Audit Quality and Private Company Practice Sections. We are members of the International Group of Accounting Firms (IGAF), which is a network of accounting firms throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. Our Senior Partner, Jay Trien is President of the Venture Association New Jersey , a venture capital networking organization. Several of our partners have conducted lender training programs for banks in New York and New Jersey, and provide litigation consulting services. Bill Rosenberg, head of our Tax Department, and Jay Trien are tax lawyers.

Using inexpensive packaged accounting software, our clients perform their own day-to-day record-keeping tasks. Complete electronic books are periodically e-mailed to CyberCFO@TrienRosenberg.com for staff review. This process provides baseline financial information for business management, as well as periodic consultation with our senior tax and financial planning specialists.

INTERNATIONAL TAX PLANNING

Trien Rosenberg's International Tax Group provides a wide range of services for foreign companies and foreign financial institutions operating in the U.S. as well as U.S. companies and financial institutions operating abroad. The core practice of the International Group involves tax planning for cross-border transactions. The International Group also provides legal representation in mergers, licensing, asset acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, acquisitions of real property, and estate and trust matters for nonresidential individuals.
